We all claim that greenhouse gases produced partly by human activities, such as driving cars, which in turn causes is global warming. Why argue against this claim? Activists have lobbied Congress to regulate the automotive industry to create more efficient cars. Is this a wise approach? Is it the best approach? A little simple math thinking we can go a long way in assessing this problem.
It does not take much to see that go to each person, there is consumes more fuel and emit more gases. So for all those who need to drive, or choose to drive, more greenhouse gases are produced.
The obvious conclusion is that a growing population leads to an increase in the production of greenhouse gases. Likewise, increasing the reliance on technology leads to an increased gas emissions, even if motors became more efficient.
