We love to stop and breathe in the scent of nature. Environmental consciousness has become greater in recent years because so many people who are threats to our health and survival of our own planet. The meal, which includes a vegan meal not only meat-free and convenient, but it's also very nutritious because they may cause cancer, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, obesity and even prevent. Also there are different types of vegetarian diets, where you can still eat dairy products or eggs may as part of their meal. Sometimes some vegan diet is also fish or poultry on the menu as a side dish, but not part of the main course. There are also some very strict vegans that they do not even contain no animal products such as butter or honey as part of their diet. 


No matter what you want to follow vegetarian diet is important that this kind of eating habits you have to make sure that they have enough calcium, iron and protein, because vegetables do not know enough of them. Eating healthy food is green and healthy food is not only free from possible diseases or free of unwanted weight but also getting enough vitamins and minerals that our body needs. The right choice, have to follow a certain type of diet is an essential way to ensure our bodies' protection and a safe way to a healthier future....
